Add a user to an ownership group
You can add users to Ownership Groups directly from within an ownership group as detailed below. You can also add a user to an ownership from within the user but this article explains how to add from within an ownership group.
1. To add a user to an Ownership Group, Navigate to Configuration -> Security
2. Select Ownership Groups under Ownership Group Maintenance
3. Then you will see the Ownership Group List and use the Search bar to select the Ownership Group that the user needs to be added to.
4. Once you have selected the Ownership Group go to Actions Menu -> Functions -> Add User
5. Select the user that you need to add to the Ownership Group from the drop down list and click on Save. Drop down will display all the active system users belong to the same finance company as the user performing the action.
