The system will prevent a member from directly creating an application or a bid for any originator group and product, or asset class for which they are part of a restrictive mandate.
Asset Class Restrictive Mandate can be used to restrict a customer (Personal and Business) Borrowing and investing on a specific Finance company and Asset Class. This document will detail how to add a Asset Class Restrictive Mandate for an Investor.
1. To add an Asset Class Restrictive Mandate for an investor go to Home pages ->Investing -> Investors
2. Use the filter options to filter the investors and select the investor from the list that you need to add the restrictive mandate
3. Once you have selected the investor go to Actions -> Investment options -> Add Asset Class Restrictive Mandate
4. Select the Asset Class and Finance company from the drop down and tick the restriction options that you need to apply. Depending on the restrictions that you are enabling, the investor will be restricted to perform the investing and borrowing functionalities for the given asset class and given finance company.
5. Click on Save to complete adding Restrictive Mandates and you can check the added mandates from the Restrictive Mandates tab in the bottom.
Edit Restrictive Mandates 1. If you need to edit a previously created Asset Class Restrictive mandate select the investor using the steps mentioned above and click on

button to edit the details as per your requirement.
