Add reinvestment options - investors

Investors are able to specify how they would like their funds managed.  The reinvestment options will determine if funds earned are reinvested and the available options are:
- Reinvest principal and interest
- Reinvest principal only
- Don't reinvest (initial deposits only) 

Investors who have been created in Clearmatch, will have the ability to select different reinvestment options, if they have been assigned to the relevant investment category. If the reinvestment options have not yet been added to the investment category, follow the steps that have been outlined in this article

1. Login to Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials:



2. Navigate to  Home pages > Investing



3. Select the  Investors option under Fund Accounts :



4. Use the Filter Options to search for the investor that needs the required changes to their reinvestment options (click on the  button once the filter selection has been made):   



5. Once the investor has been found, select them (using the link via their Name or Available Balance ): 



6. This will redirect to the Display Investor page for the selected investor. Click on the  Actions Panel   > Investment Options  Add Reinvestment Option :




7. Enter the following details for the reinvestment option:

Asset Class -  This is a drop down list of active asset classes that are available for selection. 
Reinvestment Option -   This is a drop down list of active reinvestment options for the investment category of the investor and the asset class selected.
-  Reinvest principal and interest : all repayments will be reinvested into a new investment 
- Reinvest principal only : only principle repayments will be reinvested 
- Don't reinvest (initial deposits only) : repayments will not be reinvested and will be paid back to the investor.  
Effective Date -  The date that the changes will take effect or be applied which should either be a current or future date. 
Authorisation Code  - This is the authorisation code of the user who is logged in to successfully complete the operation. 
Supervisor Username  - This is the username of a supervisor (a security clearance level equal to or higher of the user creating this repayment frequency). 
Supervisor Authorisation Code  - This is the authorisation code of the supervisor in conjunction with the supervisor username provided above. 



Click on the   button to add the reinvestment option for the investor  or the   button to return back to the  Display Investor   screen. 

8. Once the reinvestment options have been added successfully, click on the Reinvestment Options association tab or the Quick Links , if enabled to view the recently added option:
