Add an arrears age band

Arrears age bands are linked to arrears pools. Once you have added a new arrears pools the next step is to assign the arrears age bands for the newly added arrears pool.

Arrears age bands are used to define the range of days for arrears. Any finance agreement that goes into arrears will be placed into the age band as per the from and to days defined. As a result the finance agreement will be placed to the arrears pool linked to the age band.

1. To add a new arrears age band login to unsecured Loans -> home Pages -> Arrears Management 

2. Select Arrears age bands 

3. click on the  button to add new arrears age band.

4. Select the Finance company,  Product, Arrears pool from the drop downs and add a meaningful description and add From and To days 

5. Click on Save to complete adding New arrears age band.
