A collector can be allocated to an arrears pool directly from within the pool. To allocate a arrears collector to a new arrears pool.

1. Navigate to   Home pages -> Arrears Management

2. Select Arrears Pool Allocations 

3. Select the Finance company, Product, arrears Pool from the drop downs and select the arrears collector from the drop down list that needs to be allocated to the selected arrears pool.

4. Click on Save to complete creating arrears pool allocation.
