in the test environments emails will not be sent to the email address of the individuals. Instead they will be intrcepted and sent to an email address where they can be viewed for test purposes. Emails will be intercepted and sent to the email address as detailed under the "Sandbox overriding email address" under Finance Company in Clearmatch Fusion. 

1. In order to locate the email address navigate to Configuration -> Organisational Structure

2. Select Finance Companies under Finance Company

3. Select the Finance company listed under  List Finance Companies page 

4. Once you select the finance company you will be able to see the Sandbox Overriding Email Address under Details tab 

5. Please login to the email address to check the emails sent out from the  test environment.
