SMS maintenance queue

Clearmatch has a queue that can be used to view any SMS messages that have/have not been sent. This will allow users to view SMS messages that are:
  1. Complete (historical messages have been sent)
  2. Failed (an issue occurred that needs to be resolved)
  3. Queued (yet to be sent)

This is a useful way of monitoring the successful delivery of SMS messages. This queue should be monitored daily by the finance companies to see and respond to messages that have failed.

1. Login to Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials:



2. Select the Maintenance menu:


3. Select the SMS option under Queue Items:



4. Use the Filter Options to search for SMS messages (click on the  button once the filter selection has been made):



NOTE: To find a specific status for an SMS message(s), select an option from the the "Processed Status" drop down list:



If a message fails, the platform will attempt to resend until it fails 25 times then it will stop. Once you have reviewed and rectified the problem, example it may be a problem in the SMS template, you can reset the retries by clicking on the actions / hamburger menu. The platform will then attempt to resend the SMS.



It is also possible to see all SMS messages that have been sent to a specific customer by navigating to the customer and clicking the "Messaging" tab at the bottom of the page.
