Unlocking a user account

If the incorrect password has been entered three times on the login page in Fusion, the following error message will be displayed on screen:



1.  To unlock the account, log into Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials (and select the asset class if/when required):



2. Navigate to Configuration > Security:



3.  Select the Users option located under User Maintenance:

 

4.  This will list all of the system users under the selected finance company.  Click on the In Active option so that the check box is enabled with a tick (then click on the  button once the filter selection has been made):



5. Once the user has been found, select them (by clicking on the hyperlink via their Full Name  or Login):



6. Once the details of the user is displayed, on the far top right-hand corner select the Actions Panel Functions > Unlock User:



7.  The option Unlock User will appear in the middle of the screen.  Simply enable the tick in the check box next to Are You Sure and click on the  button to complete the process:
