If the incorrect password has been entered three times on the login page in Fusion, the following error message will be displayed on screen:
1. To unlock the account, log into Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials (and select the asset class if/when required):
2. Navigate to Configuration > Security:
3. Select the Users option located under
User Maintenance:
4. This will list all of the system users under the selected finance company. Click on the

5. Once the user has been found, select them (by clicking on the hyperlink via their

6. Once the details of the user is displayed, on the far top right-hand corner select the
