Generate statements for all active finance agreements

It is possible for the finance company to generate statements for all active finance agreements.

The statements will be attached to the finance agreements and will appear under the document tab when viewing a finance agreement.
If an output queue it selected when running the statements, a copy will be placed in the output queue from where they can be printed or emailed to the customers.

1. Navigate to Customers > Customer Management > Generate Finance Agreement Statement For all:




2. Complete the details on the page for the statements required:


Output Queue - If an output queue is selected, a copy of the statement will be placed in the queue from where it can be printed or emailed to the customer. If the ourput quueu has ben setup to automatically email the details then the statement will go direct to the customer.

Resume from Previous - Sometimes when running large batches of statement it could happen that an error occurs. Returning to this page and selecting the option to "resume from previous" will continue with the statement run where the error occurred.

3. Once you "Save" the statements will be generated.
