2. Using the
Filter Options, search for the application (click on the

button once the filter selection has been made). The filtering will be done using the details from all of the filter tabs.
There are many filter options, but special mention will be made of the following:
- Application Status – an application can have many statuses. See this document for an explanation in order to understand the different statuses.
- Every application in the platform has a corresponding “Listing” which contains all the:
- The social / non-financial data
- Investment details
- The listing also has a status. See the same document that explains the applications status.
- The platform allows each application to have “associated / remote application numbers”. An application can have many of these and they are numbers or identifiers in “other” systems. Examples:
If we have application from another system that were originated in that platform and is now being completed in Clearmatch example a Latitude Loan, we store the latitude loan/application number, so we have reference to it.
If we have an application that was originated through a shopping cart example Canon, we store the shopping cart reference number, so we have reference to it.
If the finance company used google analytics to store details on the application, we store the google analytics number, so we have reference to it.
Etc. It can be used for many reasons.
For Clearmatch Originate we store 1 type of associate application numbers i.e.
The policy pack number and in this case the “associated application source “will be “Policy Pack”. This will allow you to filter for an application using the policy pack number.
- By clicking on the “insurance policy” tab in the filter you will be able to supply insurance policy details to filter by.
- By clicking on the “invoice” tab in the filter you will be able to supply broker fee invoice details to filter by.
