Clearmatch has a queue that can be used to view any notes that have/have not been generated. This will allow users to view noes that are:
- Complete (historical notes have been sent)
- Failed (an issue occurred that needs to be resolved)
- Queued (yet to be sent)
This is a useful way of monitoring the successful generation of notes. This queue should be monitored daily by the finance companies to see and respond to notes that have failed.
1. Login to Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials:
2. Select the Maintenance menu:
3. Select the Notes option under Queue Items:
4. Use the
Filter Options to search for specific notes (click on the

button once the filter selection has been made):
NOTE: To find a specific status for a note, select an option from the the "Processed Status" drop down list:
If an email has failed, the details of why it failed will appear in the "error message" or "technical message" column when you click on the message in the queue
If a note fails, the platform will attempt to resend until it fails 25 times then it will stop. Once you have reviewed and rectified the problem, example it may be a problem in the note content, you can reset the retries by clicking on the actions / hamburger menu. The platform will then attempt to regenerate the note.
It is also possible to see all notes that have been sent to a specific customer by navigating to the customer and clicking the "Notes" tab at the bottom of the page. The same applies to notes for finance agreements, investments etc.
