Originator group commission rate cards

Commission rates for originator groups is determined by commission rate cards. The rate cards are defined for each product that the originator group can use and allows for commission rates to be defined by amount ranges and term combinations.


1. To create a rate card navigate to Configuration -> Setup

2. Select Commission Rate Cards under the products section.

3. Click on  icon to create a new commission rate card.

4. Provide the details. 


5. After providing the details click   to create the commission rate card. 

6. Once the commission rate card has been created, the specific rates will need to be setup.

7. Navigate to the specific commission rate card and click on the "add commission rate fee tier" menu under the hamburger  menu.



8. Provide the rate details



A commission rate can be setup for a combination of amount ranges and term.

9. After providing the details click   to create the new rate card. 

When an application is created, the amount and term on the application will determine the commission rate used. There are rules that determine when the commission rate is moved to the originator control account and also what happens if the originator modifies or adjusts the commission. See here for details.
