Overview of the Clearmatch members portal

The Clearmatch members portal is a website that is available for the following participants to access in order to view and manage their details:



Borrowers can sign in to:
  1. Update their personal details
  2. Set personal notification settings for emails and SMS messages received
  3. View notes / messages they have received from the finance company
  4. Create a new application for finance
  5. View and manage their applications for finance
  6. Answer questions that any investor have asked regarding an application for finance
  7. View the progress of the bidding by investors on their application for finance
  8. Upload and view documents for an application for finance
  9. View and download any legal documents 
  10. View and manage their finance agreements
  11. Print statements
  12. Generate BPAY payment documents

Investors can sign in  to:
  1. Update their personal details
  2. Set personal notification settings for emails and SMS messages received
  3. View notes / messages they have received from the finance company
  4. View, upload and download and legal documents regarding their entity structure and investing
  5. Create and manage a new bid on a borrowers application for finance (if the finance company allows manual bidding)
  6. View and manage their investments including earnings schedules
  7. Print statements for their investments as well as their fund account
  8. Modify their reinvestment options
  9. Ask questions to a borrower that they are thinking of investing in.
  10. View the fund account summary
  11. Vie and manage their own dashboard using widgets and reports
  12. View and print reports that are available 
  13. Give notice to transfer money into the platform
  14. Issue instructions to transfer money out 

Principle Investors can sign in  to and do all the above but for the account of the investor they are acting on behalf of.

Staff members at originator and originator groups can sign in to
  1. Update their personal details
  2. Update the details of the originator group or originator 
  3. Set personal notification settings for emails and SMS messages received
  4. View notes / messages they have received from the finance company
  5. Create new applications for finance on behalf on borrowers
  6. View and manage applications for finance on behalf on borrowers
  7. Answer questions that any investor have asked regarding an application for finance on behalf on borrowers
  8. View the progress of the bidding by investors on applications for finance for their borrowers
  9. Upload and view documents for an application for finance on behalf on borrowers
  10. View and download any legal documents on behalf on borrowers
  11. View and manage finance agreements on behalf on borrowers
  12. Print statements on behalf on borrowers
  13. Generate BPAY payment documents on behalf on borrowers

All the features that are available in the portal are control via membership security roles that are assigned to the accounts. These membership security roles and the permissions linked to the roles are defined by the finance company.

Examples: 
Borrowers and investors can see and access the features as defined in the membership security role assigned against the customer
Principle investors can see and access the features as defined in the membership security role assigned against the relationship they have with the investor
Staff members at an originator group can see and access the features as defined in the membership security role assigned against the relationship they have with the originator group 
Staff members at an originator can see and access the features as defined in the membership security role assigned against the relationship they have with the originator
