ClearMatch Portal – Tasks | |
When
a task is created, either manually or via the automated task workflow, a note
is generated and can be emailed to the person the task is assigned to. The following improvements have been made: The
note is generated against the note category ‘Tasks – Assign To User” and is
now saved against the task. This allows for the display variables of the task
to be included in the email i.e. What the task has
been assigned to : [[Client]] Category: [[TaskCategory]] Follow Up Date: [[FollowUpDate]] Follow Up Time: [[FollowUpTime]] Priority: [[Priority]] Status: [[TaskStatus]] The following note content has been
loaded against the note category and can be modified by finance companies A task has been raised for your
attention. The task applies to – [[Client]] with a priority of [[Priority]]
and requires you to follow up by [[FollowUpDate]] at [[FollowUpTime]] and has
been categorised under [[TaskCategory]]. Please view the task details
"My Tasks" The filter on the task workflow will default
to have the “is active” option selected so as to improve selection | |

Fusion – Originator Control Accounts | |
When adding
control accounts to originators, the selection lists will only present accounts
that can be selected. If a control has already been assigned to another
originator it will not appear in the list | |
Smartfund BOTS Engine | |
The
rule in BOTs to place bids If the “Allow Smartfund Bidding” business rule is set to true AND either of
the below apply 1) If "finance applications via market" on originator group product
business rules (for the product and orig group of the application being
funded) is set to true AND the " Finance Agreement and Investment
Administration " setting on the originator group product is set to true
AND the originator group has "investing" set to true then BOTS must
fund applications for the originator group and product OR 2) If "finance applications via market" on originator group product
business rules (for the product and originator group of the application being
funded) is set to false AND the " Finance Agreement and Investment
Administration " setting on the originator group product is set to true
then BOTS must fund applications for the originator group and product | |
Next Of Kin | |
On
both the portal app page and on edit application, there is validation to make
sure the next of kin details have to be supplied. This is incorrect and has
been removed as requiring next of kin details should be controlled within the
decision tree | |
Portal – Sign In | |
When
a staff member was created, if the clearance level had not been defined, the
user would receive an error message when trying to sign in to the portal. |

The originator group drop down list is displaying all
originator groups and should only list the ones that belong to the finance
