Finance Companies would like to use the broker portal to allow brokers
to create applications for unsecured loans to be submitted to the finance companies.
Although the majority of this release was setup and testing, a number of issues
were identified as this was the first occasion that the broker portal has been
used for unsecured loans.
ClearMatch Fusion – Content blocks | |
When viewing a content block, the content details were
being displayed on the page as part of the content block. When the content
was long this made the pages messy. Instead a link has been placed on the
content block page to expand and view all content on it’s own. | |

When creating a task workflow, the finance company prompt
was not defaulting to the finance company of the user which was not an ideal

If no legal documents are uploaded, the legal and documents

When a staff member was created, if the clearance level had
not been defined, the user would receive an error message when trying to sign

When a staff member was created, the ownership group of the
customer was being over written to that of the staff member. The ownership of
the customer must not be altered. |

The prompts have been improved so that the order and flow
of capturing the data makes more sense
. The SMS and email template drop down lists where showing
all templates instead of only the ones linked to finance agreements in the finance

The originator has been added to the filter on finance agreements,
applications and investments allowing for filtering down to a originator (in
this case broker) level. An inactive checkbox has been added to the list od users
and also to the list of documents to be supplied to borrowers to make it
easier to view active details. The username has been added to the personal customer search

templates log under the maintenance menu, the “related application” number

When attempting to run a statement from a finance

When viewing transactions on the portal for a finance
agreement, if the narrative received from the bank contains any bank account
numbers that are not the customers example a third party, the bank account
number will be masked to be blank. | ||||

When using the quick quote calculator an error was
displayed that the commission had to be supplied. This is incorrect as the
calculator must allow commission of zero. | ||||

The allocation percentage was expanded to have a minimum and
maximum values could be defined. The Smartfund BOTS engine was modified to use these new

finance agreement, the valuations already captured against the security are

an error was displayed to indicate the possession must have an asset group.
