Set the membership security permissions for relationships example principle investors, shareholders, directors etc

Customers are able to access business accounts for which they are a governance party i.e.  a shareholder, owner, principal contact, trustee, trust beneficiary etc. The security permissions to access these accounts are set against the relationship the customer has,

In order to add a membership security role for a relationship e.g. director, owner, shareholder, principle investor, etc:

1. Login to Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials:



2. Navigate to Customers > select either Personal Customer Search or Business Customer Search depending on the requirement (as an example, this article will be using a business customer):



3. Search for the customer using the Filter Options (click on the  button once the filter selection has been made):



4. Once the customer has been found, select them (click on the link via the Name or Number):



5. This will redirect to the Display Business page for the selected customer. Click on the Relationship association tab (or quick links, if enabled): 



6. Select the link via the Role to view the details of that relationship: 



7. This will redirect you to the Display Customer Relationship page. Click on the Action Panel  > Function > Set Membership Security Role:



8. Select the appropriate Membership Security Role from the drop down list:



Click on the  button to add the membership security role for the selected business governance relationship or the  button to return back to the Display Business page.

9. When the Relationships association tab is selected, the membership security role against the relationship will be displayed:
