Single sign on - adding Clearmatch Fusion URL to favourites

Internet Explorer 11


1. Open the Internet Explorer browser and navigate to the Clearmatch Fusion home page:



2. This will automatically redirect you to the login page:



3. Click on the yellow star icon (which allows you to view favourites, feeds and history) in the top right hand corner of the page:



4. It will show all of the websites that you currently have in your Favourites:



5. Click on the drop down arrow next to the Add to favourites button and select where you want to save this (if the favourites bar is enabled it can also be added there):



6.Type in the name that you want to save the Clearmatch site as and click on Add:



7. Open your favourites again (following steps 2-3 above) and find the website that you just saved and right-click on it and select Properties:



8. In the URL field, remove what is currently in there (either by highlighting everything with your mouse and pressing delete or click on the URL field, hold Ctrl and press A then delete) and replace it with https://fusion.clearmatch.co/:



9. Click on OK to save the changes. NOTE : The purpose of this is to ensure that it will redirect you to this page as saving it with any additional details after the fusion.clearmatch.co will result in error messages on the screen.


Microsoft Edge


1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser and navigate to the Clearmatch Fusion home page:



2. This will automatically redirect you to the login page:



3. Click on the yellow star outline icon - which shows Hub (favourites, reading list, history and downloads) when you hover the mouse over it - in the top right hand corner of the navigation bar:



4. In the Name field, type in the name of the website that you are saving and click on the Add button:



5. Select the star with lines icon next to the favourites button (it will turn blue in colour when the mouse hovers over it):



6. NOTE: this only works if you have a specific version of Microsoft Windows operating system, but if the option is not available.  Find the website that you have saved, right-click on it and select the option Edit URL:



7. The text box where you can enter the URL will show directly underneath the link which you can type in and press enter on the keyboard to save:

f you cannot see the Edit URL option when you right-click on the website, please proceed with the following steps below:

8. There is a third party application called EdgeManage that can be used to rename a URL in the same way as the option above. Download and install EdgeManage NOTE: this software application only works with Windows 10.0.10586 or higher.

9. Click on the icon or app, to open the EdgeManage application.

10. Right click on the link and select the Edit URL option:



11. Remove the details in the URL field and replace it with https://fusion.clearmatch.co/ and press OK to continue:



Google Chrome


1. Open the Google Chrome browser and navigate to the Clearmatch Fusion home page:



2. This will automatically redirect you to the login page:



3. Click on the star outline icon located in the top right-hand corner of the browser (which displays Bookmark this page when you hover over it with the mouse):



4. Type in the name of the link under the Name field and once you have selected which folder to save it in, click on the Done button:



5.Click on the ellipsis icon (three dots) located next to the favourites icon then select the Bookmarks menu option and locate the website that was saved:



6. Right-click on the link that you want to change the URL for and select the Edit… option:



7. In the URL field, remove what is currently there and replace with https://fusion.clearmatch.co/ and click on the Save button:
