Who created a document

This process will assist with determining who the creator of a specific document was. 

In Clearmatch, look up and display the details of the Finance Agreement or the Application of the document in question. 

1. Select the Documents association tab (from the bottom) either from the drop down list or the quick link (if enabled):

  

2. Select the document you want to view using the hyperlink in the Description column ( not the Download hyperlink) - in the example below it is the Loan Offer

 


3. Select the User Information association tab (from the top) either from the drop down list or the quick link (if enabled): 

 

4. The Created By section contains the information that you are looking for: 
  • Workflow Generator = created by a batch process 
  • Clearmatch Internal File Manager = uploaded in the back end 
  • Admin = created by a Clearmatch process other than a batch job 
  • firstname.lastname = created by a Clearmatch user
