Activate the establishment fee table (in the fees business rule)

After creating an Establishment Fee Table, it will need to be assigned to the the Fees business rule in order for it to be activated. 

1. Navigate to Configuration > Organisational Structure:



2. Select the Originator Group Products option under Originator Groups:



3. Using the Filter Options, find the relevant Finance Company, Originator Group and Product from the drop down list before clicking on the  button:



4. Select the product from the list of originator group products:



5. Once redirected to the Display Originator Group Product screen, select the Actions Panel  > Business Rules > Fees:




6. Under the General menu, enter the Effective Date (which is the date when the establishment fee table is activated) which can be a future or current date. If the current date is selected, the rule will be activated and take immediate effect. Click on the  button to continue: 


7. Under the Fees Earned by Finance Company menu, select the Establishment Fee Table from the drop down list and enter the Minimum Establishment Fee and Maximum Establishment Fee rates. Also ensure that the Receivables Management Fee Table has been selected from the drop down list and enter the appropriate fees (Listing Publish Fee, Listing Withdrawn Fee and Dishonour Fees) before clicking on the  button to continue:



8. Under the Fees Payable By Finance Company menu, simply click on the  button to complete the process of creating this business rule: 


Alternatively, click on the  button to return back to the Display Originator Group Product screen or if the previous menu needs to be accessed (Fees Earned By Finance Company or General), click on the  button.
