Document workflow on status change

Documents  can be automatically generated when a status is changed on applications, listings, finance agreements, investments, etc. Example: if finance company would like a document to be auto generated each time an application is declined , then a workflow document template will need to be assigned to the declined status of an application . 

This document will be illustrating the steps on how to create a document workflow on status change against an application. The same applies to creating a workflow document for a finance agreement etc. 

1. Navigate to Home Pages -> Notification Management



2. Select Application Workflow Documents under Document Workflow On Status Change



3. Use the filter options to check the existing application workflows to avoid creating duplicates ( click on  once the filter options are selected) 


4. If the application workflow is not existing click on  icon to add a new application workflow and then fill the following information



Finance Company: select the finance company from the drop down list. 
Originator Group  : based on the finance company selected, originator group will be set automatically. 
Product : based on the finance company and originator group, product will get selected automatically. 
Document Template : Select the document template from the drop down list. The drop down will list only the documents that are assigned in Application document Config. steps on how to create  document config is mentioned in this link
Application Status Becomes: select the status from the drop down list that must be used to auto generate the document. 
 
5. After providing the details click on  button to save the workflow or click on  to go back to Notification page.
