List of display/document variables

Email templates, document templates, note content .. etc  can have placeholders where data is inserted at the time they are created.  Display/document variables lists all the variable placeholders that can be used in email templates, document templates, note content .. etc.  Those placeholders will be replaced with actual data at the time those templates are generated. 

The display/ document variables can be used will depend on where they are going to be used. As an example, an email template linked to "personal customer" can only use display variables in the placeholders, that are available under personal customer. 

This document will be illustrating steps on how to find display/document variables related to application, customer and listing. Steps on how to retrieve display variables from personal customer record is mentioned in the attached video as well. 

To find these, use the following instructions:

Application

1. Navigate to Home Pages > Borrowing:



2. Select the Applications option under Applications:



3. Search for and find any application from any Finance Company, Originator Group and Originator



4. Click on the Actions panel  > select Letters & Documents > select Display Variables:



5. It will show a list of all of the variables that can be reviewed under applications:



The same process applies for the customer variables.

Customer

1. Navigate to Home Pages > Borrowing:



2. Select the Applications option under Applications:



3. Search for and find any application from any Finance Company, Originator Group and Originator



4. Once an application has been selected, click on the name of the Borrower under Parties:



5. Once it shows the screen Display Personal Customer, click on the Actions panel  > select Letters & Documents > select Display Variables:



6. It will show a list of all of the variables that can be reviewed under customers:




The same process can also be used for the listing variables.

Listings

1. Navigate to Home Pages > Borrowing:



2. Select the Listings option under Listings:



3. Search for and find any application from any Finance Company, Originator Group and Originator:



4. Click on the Actions panel  > select Letters & Documents > select Display Variables:



5. It will show a list of all of the variables that can be reviewed under listings:
