There will be instances where originator groups will have staff members who are working for them and different members will have access to perform and view different details in the member portal. Member roles will be created at the originator group level, to define permissions for different users of the originator group. In order to set the membership security roles for staff members, follow the instructions outlined below. If the staff member belongs to an originator the same is done as below except you will navigate to the originator instead of the originator group.
1. Log into Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials:
2. Navigate to Configuration > Organisational Structure:
3. Select the Internal Originator Groups option under Originator Groups:
4. Use the Filter Options to search for the originator group, and select them (via the link via the Name or Finance Company):
5. This will redirect to the Display Internal Originator Group page for the selected internal originator group. To see which staff members are available for that group, click on the Staff association tab (or Quick Links, if enabled of from the drop down list) and click on the specific staff member to set their permissions.

7. From the drop down lists provided, select the Membership Security Role and the Clearance Level for the selected staff member:
Click on the
