Adding a principle investor
Principle Investors have delegated authorities to act on behalf of Investors. This could be individuals outside the finance company such as accountants or staff members within the finance company.
1. Log into Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials:
2. In order to add a principle investor to an existing customer, navigate to Customers > Personal Customer Search:
2. Search for the customer using the
Filter Options (click on the

button once the filter selection has been made):
3. Once the customer has been found, select them (click on the link via the Name or Number):
4. This will redirect to the
Display Personal Customer screen for the selected customer. Click on the
Action Panel
>
Relationships >
Add Principle Investor:
5. Search for the customer that needs to be added as a principle investor using the Filter Options:
NOTE: If the investor has already been registered, they will appear in the search, otherwise a new personal customer will need to be created (following the steps outlined in this
article). If the investor has not been registered is added as a new customer, then the new customer will also have to be AML verified. The instructions on how to AML verify a customer, is provided in this
article.
6. Once the customer has been found, select them by clicking on the Select hyperlink:
7. This will redirect to the Display Personal Customer screen for the original customer that the principle investor is being added to. Click on the Relationships association tab (or quick links, if enabled) to check whether or not the principle customer has been added successfully:
