Approving bulk dids

Bulk bids are bids that have been placed  in bulk for multiple investors at the same time against a listing/ application either by:
  1. Importing bids from a csv file
  2. Smartfund BOTS engine placing bids automatically with the business rule set to not auto approve the Smartfund bids
These bulk bids need to be approved before they become live bids against the listing  / application.


1. Select the Home Pages menu > then select Borrowing:
 
  

2. Select the Listings  option:

  

3. Using the filter options, locate the listing / application that contains the bids you would like to approve.     

4. From the list of filtered items, select the specific listing.  It is also possible to navigate to the listing directly from the application. When viewing an application click the listing hyperlink which will navigate you directly into the listing.

5. At the bottom of the page in the "Bulk Bids" tab you will see an item for the bids that have either been imported or placed automatically by the Smartfund engine.




6. Selecting an item in the list will open a page presenting the details of the bulk bids including a list of all the bids placed for the investors.



From here you are able to modify to: 
  1. Edit the bids. See here for details.
    1. change the bid amount of an individual investor
    2. change the bid rate of an individual investor
    3. remove the bid of an individual investor
  2. Add a new bid to the list. See here for details.
  3. Approve the bids
  4. Cancel the bids

7. To approve the bids, from the  Action Panel     > select  Functions> select Approve:



8. Enter the details requested:




9.Click on the    button to continue.

10. The bids will will then become live active bids against the listing / application.
