Bulk bids are bids that have been placed  in bulk for multiple investors at the same time against a listing/ application either by:

In the above cases, the bids can be modified before they are approved to become live active bids.

1. Select the Home Pages menu > then select Borrowing:

  

2. Select the Listings  option:

  

3. Using the filter options, locate the listing / application that contains the bids you would like to approve.     

4. From the list of filtered items, select the specific listing.  It is also possible to navigate to the listing directly from the application. When viewing an application click the listing hyperlink which will navigate you directly into the listing.

5. At the bottom of the page in the "Bulk Bids" tab you will see an item for the bids that have either been imported or placed automatically by the Smartfund engine.

6. Selecting an item in the list will open a page presenting the details of the bulk bids including a list of all the bids placed for the investors.

7. To modify the bids i.e.

from the  Action Panel     > select  Functions> select Edit:

8. Enter the details requested:

Bid Rate :  the bid rate for each investor can be modified

Bid Amount: the bid rate for each investor can be modified

Delete: a bid for an investor can be removed

9.Click on the    button to continue.
