The arrears collector for a finance agreement can be manually changed or over ridden 

1. To change the arrears collector on Finance agreement which is on Arrears,  navigate to Home pages -> Borrowing -> Finance Agreements 

2. Use the filters to find the finance agreement on which the arrears collector needs to be changed.

3. Once you have selected the finance agreement, go to Actions menu-> Arrears -> Change collector 

5. Find the new collector from the drop down list and click on save to complete changing the new arrears collector to the selected finance agreement.
