Documents to be supplied by borrowers

Documents to be supplied by the borrowers are the list of documents that finance company would like the borrowers to either supply, sign or read. This refers to documents that relate specifically to borrowing in specific asset classes or products. It is important to note that this is not necessarily a document generated in Clearmatch. Example if you require a borrower to supply a bank statement, this is a document that is not generated in the platform but will be listed as a document to be supplied by borrowers in order for it to be used in the document decision tree and appear on the pages in portal where documents are requested from the borrower.

1. Select Home Pages -> Notification Management. 



2. Select Application Documents to be Supplied by Borrowers 



3. Click on  icon to add a new document 

4. Under the General tab provide the following details, 



Finance Company : select the finance company from the drop down list
Applies To Trading Category : drop down list of available trading categories for the finance company selected. Different document may be required to be supplied if the borrowing entity is a company, trust , individual etc.
Document Name : provide the name of the document and it is important not to change the name once provided as name is used to link the documents loaded from many sources. 
Description : provide the description for the document. This description is used on the pages that present the document to customer, in order to explain what is required.
Display Name : the name that will appear in the portal when the document is displayed. This is what will appear on the pages when the document is presented to the customer.
Display Sequence : If there are multiple documents provided, display sequence will decide in what order document are displayed to the investors in portal.  
After providing the details, click on  to continue      

5. Provide the following details under Rules tab 



System Required : Used to identify documents that are required by the platform and this will be visible only for the users with clearance level of "System Administrator"
Approval Required : If checked the document will need to be approved by the finance company before the member will be allowed to perform actions on the platform
Valid Months: Number of months that the document will be valid in the system before it is required that the document to supplied again.
Reminder within days: The number of days prior to the current document expiring that a reminder will be sent to the borrower to supply the document again. 
Allow Download : If checked borrowers will be able to download the document from the members portal 
Allow Email: Can be used to indicate if the document must be emailed to the member.
Allow Upload: If checked borrowers will be able to upload documents from the members portal. This is normally used for documents that borrowers need to complete or sign. 
Borrower to Support Application: If the document is to appear in the supporting document section of the upload document pages on the members portal.
Legal Document: If the document will appear in the legal section of the upload document pages on the members portal
Present to Customer: The document will be visible to the customer / borrower
Present to Originator: The document will be visible  to the originator. Used to control if brokers or customers can view  and access documents. As an example a bank statement you want the borrowers t be able to view and supply but the originators should not be able to see this document.

After providing the details, click on  to continue .

6. Select the to which product(s), document template needs to be applied using the Products tab



Available Products: List of all available products for the finance company selected in the step 4
Products Assigned: Document template will get assigned to the product selected. 

Actions from the arrows are listed below 

The actions of the arrows are outlined below: 
  - this will move a single option from Available to Selected  
  - this will move a single option from Selected to Available 
  - this will move all options from Available to Selected 
  - this will move all options from Selected to Available 
After providing the details, click on  to complete creating the Document to be supplied by borrowers.  Click on  to go the previous step or click on   to go back to the document creation page. 

7. After creating the document, link the document template against the created document to be supplied by borrower if it is required by following the instruction on this link
