Documents to be supplied by customers - add document template

After creating the "documents to be supplied by customers", the next step is to add the related document template. In order to add the document template, 

1. Navigate to Home Pages > Notification Management: 

2. Select the Documents To Be Supplied by Customers option under Documents To Be Supplied By Customers:

3. Use the Filter Options to find the required document, based on the Finance Company drop down list, the Document Name (if known) and the Applies To Trading Category drop down list:

Select the  button to display the results of the search.

4. Once the filter options returns all of the relevant search results, select an item from the list: 

5. Once the correct document has been selected, click on the Actions Panel  > Letters & Documents > Document Template

6. Select the Document Template from the Document Template drop down list 

Click on the  button to complete adding the document template or click on  to go back to display documents supplied by customer page.
