NOTE : An authorisation code is needed for specific functions in Fusion
e.g. bid approvals, overriding an Application Status, etc:
1. Log into Clearmatch Fusion (preferably as a user with Internal Administration access):
2. Navigate to Configuration > Security :
3. Select the Users option under User Maintenance :
4. Find the name of the user in Clearmatch whose Authorisation Code needs to be assigned or changed, by clicking on the hyperlink under their Full Name or Login :
5. Select the Actions menu > select Update > select Authorisation Code :
6. Type in the Authorisation Code in the field (it will automatically be masked with dots) which has a limit of 10 alphanumeric characters:

button to apply those details to the user.
7. The Authorisation Code will be displayed on screen, but masked by stars:
NOTE: If you change your own authorisation code while you are logged in as yourself, please note that the change does not take effect until you have logged out of Fusion. If you attempt to use your new code it will provide a error message outlining that your authorisation code is invalid:
