After creating the content, it now has to be enabled via this setting in order for the SMS (or email) to be sent successfully. Several notes can be created at any time but will not be active until this process is completed. To find out how to create note content, click

1. In Clearmatch, navigate to Configuration > Organisational Structure:
2. Select the Internal Originator Groups option under Originator Groups:
3. Select either the Name or the Finance Company of the internal originator group that you would to apply the note template to. For this example, ClearMatch is being used:
4. Under the association tab, select the Note Category option from the drop down list, or if Quick Links are enabled, select the Note Category button:
5. Type in the name of the Note Category that you are looking for in the Find field in the right-hand side and either press Enter on the keyboard or the search icon:
6. Click on the hyperlink to the Finance Company:
7. This will show the details of the Listing Approved Note Category and you can see what communication methods have been enabled and whether or not this note is presented to the customer and/or originator:
8. Click on the Edit icon in the top right-hand corner

Enable the option Communicate Via SMS (if a note has been created for this category, then the Communicate Via Email option can also be enabled): NOTE: the Present To Customer option should already be enabled but if it is not, select the option.
9. Once completed, to save the changes simply click on the Save button
