The setting up of the SMS configuration is required to ensure that the relevant SMS templates are available, visible and can be assigned to a specific process.
NOTE: In order to create the required configuration, an SMS template must be created first. For details on how to create an SMS template, please refer to this
article.
1. Login to Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials:
2. Navigate to Home Pages > Notification Management:
3. Select the Personal Customer SMS Configs option under SMS Configuration:
4. Click on the cross/plus icon

in the top right hand corner.
5. Fill in the following details:
Finance Company - This is a drop down list of the available finance companies. Depending on the default, this should already be selected.
Originator Group - This is a drop down list of the available originator groups (based on the finance company) and should also have a default group selected.
SMS Template - This is a drop down list of the available SMS templates that are based on the finance company and originator group.
Click on the

button to create this configuration or the

button to return back to the
List Personal Customer SMS Configs page.
NOTE: Any existing configuration can either be edited (by clicking on the pencil icon

) or removed (by clicking on the trash can icon

) by selecting and opening the configuration from the list:
