The setting up of the SMS configuration is required to ensure that the relevant SMS templates are available, visible and can be assigned to a specific process or customer.
This details how to create the configuration for sending messages based on a finance agreement status.
NOTE: An SMS template needs to be created first before referring to this configuration process. To find out how to create an SMS template, refer to this
article:
1. Log into Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials:
2. Navigate to Home Pages > Notification Management:
3. Select the Finance Agreement SMS Config option under SMS Configuration:
4. In the number of items to show filter, ensure that ‘500 entries’ has been selected. The purpose of doing this is to ensure that there has not been one setup previously:
5. To create a new listing SMS configuration setting, click on the cross/plus icon in the top right-hand corner
6. Select the Finance Company from the drop down list, that this workflow is associated with:
7. Select the Originator Group from the drop down list (usually based on the Finance Company and may automatically populate with a group):
8. Select the Product from the drop down list NOTE: if a specific Finance Company and Originator Group has been selected, the associated product should be inserted by default:
8. Select the SMS Template from the drop down list NOTE: this is an SMS template that has already been created:
To save the finance agreement workflow, simply click on the

button or click on the

button to exit out of the process.

) by selecting and opening the configuration from the list:
