Assigning a product to an originator group

Different Originator groups can be assigned to use different products. If a product is not created against an Originator group, the Originator group will not have access to the product. Each Originator group can have its own settings for the product they use. 

1. To create an Originator group product navigate to Configuration -> Organisational Structure



2. Select Originator Group Products under Originator Groups



3. Click on  icon in the top right hand corner of the page to create a new Originator group product. 

4. Enter the details and click on Next to continue.



Finance Company       :  Select the Finance company from the drop down list and only listing the finance companies the user has access to as per ownership group.
Originator Group         : Select from the drop down list that is available. 
Product                        : Select the product from the drop down list under which you need to create the originator group product
Name                           : Provide a name for the new originator group product 
Short Description        : Provide a short description to describe the new originator group product 
Select Logo to Upload: Upload a PNG file image that will be used to represent the product. 
Inactive                         : If ticked the product will not be active

5. Add the Production and Sandbox  Application Base Email if required and click on Next to continue



6. Enter External Customer Details if there are any and then click on Save to complete creating the Originator Group Product.
