Finance company users are able to import multiple bids from a csv file against a listing / application in Fusion. This can be used to place multiple bids for multiple investors very easily instead of placing one bid at a time.
1. Select the Home Pages menu > then select Borrowing:
2. Select the Listings option:
3. Using the Filter Options, filter for the listing / application that the bids will be imported against.
4. From the list of filtered items, select the specific listing:
5. Click on the
Action Panel
> select
Investor > select
Import Bids:
6. Enter the required details:
a. click on the

option to
search for the required excel file
NOTE : Please read this article to see how to generate the import bids file.
b. the Description of the import (by default it will add a description including the date and time)
c. the File Name for the imported file (by default it will also add a file name)
Click on the

button to continue.
7. It will return to the listings screen, where you can view the bid details that were imported by selecting Bulk Bids on the association tab or quick links, if enabled, at the bottom of the page.
Once bids have been imported:
- they can be edited and modified. See here for details.
- they will only become live active bids on the listing / application once they have been approved. See here for details.
