1.  Summary

Scramble customer personal information for a finance company. After X days the customer personal information for a finance company will be encrypted to comply with finance company compliance requirements. “One-way hash encryption” is applied to the following:

 

On the customer and customer audit:

· First names

· Surname

· Middle names

· Name

· Search Name

· Trading Name

· Legal Name

· Short Display Name

· Next of kin name

· Next of kin contact number 1

· Next of kin contact number 2

· Current Employer

· Business Activity

· Drivers License

On the application and application audit:

· Name

· Search Name

 

On the fund account:

· Account Name

· Search Name

 

 

On the address:

· Street Number

· Street Name

· Suburb

· Post Code

· Flat Unit

· Floor Level

· Formatted Address

· Care Of

· Delivery Note

· Agent Land lord

 

On the Contacts:

· Value

· Description

· Additional Info

 

On the bank account:

· Account Name

· Account Number

On the Investor:

· Name

 

On the Note tables (Asset class and central):

· Text

 

On the Alert tables (Asset class and central databases):

· Text


Companies will be able to indicate the number of days (X) before encryption occurs. If a customer is encrypted they will also be made inactive.


2.  Take Note Of

  • No new portal content blocks have been added that require personalisation. 
  • No new security permissions have been added that need to be assigned to user groups to allow access.
  • The “system settings” business rule against the finance company will ned to be adjusted to set the number of days before encryption will occur, for finance companies that wish to use this feature.

A rule has been added to the finance company to allow business to set the number of days before customer personal data is encrypted. The following data will be encrypted: 

On the customer and customer audit:

First names, Surname, Middle names, Name, Search Name, Trading Name, Legal Name, Short Display Name, Next of kin name, Next of kin contact number 1, Next of kin contact number 2, Current Employer, Business Activity, Drivers License

On the application and application audit:

Name, Search Name

On the fund account:

Account Name, Search Name

On the address:

Street Number, Street Name, Suburb, Post Code, Flat Unit, Floor Level, Formatted Address, Care Of, Delivery Note, Agent Land lord

On the Contacts:

Value, Description, Additional Info

On the bank account:

Account Name, Account Number

On the Investor:

Name

On the Note and alerts against applications and customer:

259897 – Error when click on queues


 

If any user besides admin clicks on the queues against an application, an error is returned.



 

255330 – Bank suspense accounts


 

- from a warehousing entity on list of bank suspense accounts, add the balance columns so it is easy to see the balance. Do the same for bank control accounts (so they will look the same as the control account list)


- when click on bank suspense account, make the 'transactions" tab the default tab


- On the transaction view, remove the first column "name' from the list (ONLY).


- the transactions are not sorted correctly. Sort in same order as transaction on a loan or investment i.e. value date descending, action date descending , created on descending.


- on the matched credits and matched debits tabs, remove entity name column from list as will be the same for every tran. Also remove suspense entity column as well.

 
- when inside a suspense account , under the functions menu there is a menu item 'Create Suspense Bank Control Account' please remove this as it should not be here. Also remove the menu items "post sundry debit and post sundry credit"
