Import user- details on imported items

Import user- details on imported items

When importing system users to Clearmatch, details on file imported can be checked by navigating to 

1. Maintenance -> select Integration Imports from Queue Items 





2. The list of integration imports will be displayed. Select the relevant integration import.




3. After selecting the file, If the file has imported successfully , all the imported user details will be listed under system user Import Items



4.  If the user import file has failed, the details will be provided in the  Error message Field 




6. If you need to know more information about the reason for failure of a specific record , select the item from the list.  

 
7. Then the Error message field will provide the reason for the failure
