Resend sign-in token via SMS
There is an option in Clearmatch Fusion (against a personal
customer) that allows finance company users to resend a sign in token via SMS
to a customer. This will be used when a member has lost or not received the
sign in token for the portal.
1. Login to Clearmatch Fusion with the relevant credentials:
2. Navigate to Customer > Personal Customer Search:
3. Using the
Filter Options, search for the customer that needs to receive the SMS message (click on the

button once the filter selection has been made):
4. Once the customer has been found, select them (click on the link via their Name or Number):
5. This will redirect to the
Display Personal Customer page for the selected customer. Click on the
Actions Panel 
>
SMS >
Send Sign In Token:
6. Enter the Authorisation Code of the person who is completing the operation (namely the user that is currently logged into Fusion):
Click on the

button to send the SMS message, or the

button to return back to the Display Personal Customer page.
