1. Steps to setup a new investor
1.1 Invest as an Individual:
An individual investor is someone that wishes to invest in their own right and using their own money. These individuals are setup within Clearmatch as 'personal customers'.
To create a personal customer, login to Clearmatch using the appropriate staff member login details and refer to the instructions on how to create a personal customer, outlined in this

Once the customer has been setup in the system, they need to be AML verified. The details on how to AML verify a customer is included in this

The customer must also have an investment category assigned as detailed in this

If a principle investor will be investing on behalf of the investor they will need to be added to the customer. To do this, use the steps outlined in this

A business customer is any business or organisation such as a trust or company. An investment category needs to be assigned to the customer with the information on how to do this in this

2. Once the investor has been setup within Clearmatch (as an individual investor or as a company) all of the supporting documentation collected against the customer can be uploaded using the information provided in this
