ClearMatch is for the most part written in Microsoft .Net so is therefore optimised to work with the latest version of the Microsoft browser and only up to two versions backwards.
For example if the latest version of IE was 11.0, then Clearmatch will only be optimised for versions, 11, 10 and 9. This is a rolling number that will always advance as newer upgrades are released by Microsoft.
NOTE: The application will also run on the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Chrome or Safari. At times due to releases that are completed by the creators of those browsers, it is possible that there will be unexpected outcomes and formatting issues.
Username : This is the user identification that the system administrator has provided to you.
Password: This is the initial password that the system administrator has provided to you. Note that Clearmatch will require that the password be changed after the initial log in. As with all passwords the one that is chosen should not be able to be guessed by anybody else. The password will be valid for a period of 3 months and at that point will be required to be changed once more. The password cannot be the same as the previous two passwords. There is also a minimum of 6 characters, and it should contain at least one numeric digit or a special character like + )* & % $ # etc.
Change Password : You can change your password at any time, even before being requested to do so. In order to use this function they must supply your existing password as well as choose a new one.
Sign In: Once the credentials have been entered (username and password), select the Sign In button to log into Clearmatch Fusion.
The first time you sign in you will be required to change the password. The following screen will be presented with a message that indicates the password needs to be changed.
When this appears, click the "change password" link and you will be directed to the page that allows you to
change your password.
